Registration Process (English)
We are aiming for a role balanced event. To join please use the form for registration that you will find here (see bellow)
How does it work?
We will accept your registration on a first come, first serve basis on two separate queues for leaders and followers. If you are waiting in a queue and someone else names you as "my dance partner", if roles match, you both bypass the queues. Upon registration you will automatically receive a registration receipt. Then, please, give us up to 5 days to process your registration. We will check the role balance state and send you either an acceptance email or an information that you still are in the queue.
After receiving the acceptance/payment email, we kindly ask you to arrange for the payment within seven calendar days. Otherwise the registration automatically will be cancelled.
Non exchangeable and non transferable.
Please note that our tickets for the marathon are non exchangeable and non transferable. Tickets were only sold as a personalised 3-Day Pass Ticket, there are no 1-Day Passes available.Please restrain from buying tickets from third parties, those tickets are invalid and you will not be able to attend the marathon. Exchange is only possible inconsultation with the organizer.For entry to our venue every attendant has to present their personalised ticket with the corresponding ID-Card.

Wie funktioniert das alles?
Wir akzeptieren Registrierungen in zeitlicher Reihenfolge in zwei separaten Wartelisten für Führende und Folgende. Wenn Du auf einer Warteliste stehst und jemand anderes Dich als "mein Tanzpartner" benennt, übernehmen wir Euch beide, sofern die Rollen zusammen passen.
Bei der Anmeldung erhältst Du automatisch eine Empfangsbestätigung. Gib uns bitte bis zu 5 Tage Zeit, um Deine Anmeldung zu bearbeiten. Wir überprüfen die Rollenbalance und senden Dir entweder eine Teilnahmebestätigung oder eine Information, dass Du noch auf der Warteliste stehst.
Nach Erhalt der Teilnahmebestätigungs/Zahlungsaufforderungs-E-Mail bitten wir Dich, die Zahlung innerhalb von sieben Kalendertagen zu veranlassen. Andernfalls wird die Registrierung automatisch gelöscht.
Nicht umtauschbar und nicht übertragbar.
Bitte beachten Sie, dass unsere Tickets für den Marathon nicht umtauschbar und nicht übertragbar sind. Die Tickets wurden nur als personalisierte 3-Tages-Pässe verkauft, es sind keine 1-Tages-Pässe erhältlich.
Bitte sehen Sie davon ab, Tickets von Dritten zu kaufen, diese Tickets sind ungültig und Sie können nicht am Marathon teilnehmen. Ein Umtausch ist nur in Absprache mit dem Veranstalter möglich.
Für den Zutritt zu unserem Veranstaltungsort muss jeder Teilnehmer sein personalisiertes Ticket mit dem dazugehörigen Ausweis vorlegen.

Nous nous efforçons d'organiser un événement équilibré entre les différents rôles. Pour vous inscrire, utiliser le formulaire d'inscription que tu trouveras ici dessous
Comment est-ce que cela fonctionnera ?
Nous acceptons les inscriptions par ordre chronologique sur deux listes d'attentes distinctes pour les leaders et followers. Si vous êtes sur une liste d'attente et que quelqu'un d'autre vous désigne comme "mon partenaire de danse", nous vous prenons tous les deux en compte, à condition que les rôles soient compatibles.
Lors de l'inscription, vous recevrez automatiquement un accusé de réception. Donne-nous jusqu'à 5 jours pour traiter votre inscription. Nous vérifions l'équilibre des rôles et vous envoyons soit une confirmation de participation, soit une information indiquant que vous êtes encore sur la liste d'attente.
Après réception de l'e-mail de confirmation de participation/de demande de paiement, nous vous prions de procéder au paiement dans un délai de sept jours civils. Dans le cas contraire, l'inscription sera automatiquement annulée.
Non échangeables et non transférables.
Veuillez noter que nos billets pour le marathon sont non échangeables et non transférables. Les billets n'ont été vendus que sous la forme d'un laissez-passer personnalisé de trois jours ; il n'y a pas de laissez-passer d'une journée disponible.
Veuillez vous abstenir d'acheter des billets à des tiers, ces billets ne sont pas valables et vous ne pourrez pas assister au marathon. L'échange n'est possible qu'en concertation avec l'organisateur.
Pour entrer sur le site, chaque participant doit présenter son billet personnalisé et la carte d'identité correspondante

Neottangomarathonmunich is authorized to edit pictures/recordings free of charge, to reproduce them and to distribute them in the context of non-profit projections, to publish them on the internet, to burn them on DVD.If a participant/visitor of the festival does not agree with this, he/she will indicate it in writing to the organizer before the beginning of the festival, so that his/her right to his/her own image can be protected.
